Can see the bay from the balcony.

We are located at 203 St. Louis Ave. Just minutes from the bay (About 2 Blocks) and minutes from the boardwalk (About 3 Blocks). We are within walking distance to many restaurants, the fishing pier, and public transportation.

Check in Time
Check in time is after 4pm. We try our hardest to get you in early. It depends on how the prior renters leave the place.
Check Out Time
As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 10am. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs.
Additional Bedding
Max sleeping availability is 9 persons. If you need further bedding please bring additional air mattresses.
Internet Connection
A wireless internet connection is available throughout the townhouse. All units have separate boxes so not shared Wi-Fi.
Coffee Pot
We supply a traditional coffee pot. Single Keurig also
NON Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. This includes porches, stoop, garage and parking lot. There will be a $750 smoke removal fee.
What am I close to?
You are 2 blocks from the bay for free fishing, 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. You are around numerous restaurants and bars within a few blocks, 2 small corner stores with beer, fast food, lottery and more.
Linen Provided
We supply linen and towels so you can drop your stuff and hit the beach. You are responsible for washing them during your stay. Washer and dryer are provided for you on the 3rd floor.
Parking
There is a 2 car garage. WE DO NOT allow parking across the garage. It will be towed no questions asked and no warnings. The current release fee in Ocean City is $325
