How will I receive my payment?
Guests will book direct with you. If you choose PayPal, you must have a business account with payPal. You will need their API associated with your account. Payments go directly to the townhouse owner.
How do I upload my property.
Once you create an account, we will help you set everything up from listing to pictures.
How do I update or extend my availabilities?
You will have full control of your listing. You can set pricing as you want. You are in total control. We are here to help every step of the way.
What does the listing cost?
We charge a flat rate of $3000. This will be used for advertising, listing on Airbnb, a dedicated website. We also have our own cleaning company if you wish to use us. We charge you what you charge your customers. We will bill you once a month. The 15th or 1st.
