Max sleeping availability is 12 persons. If you need further bedding please bring additional air mattresses.

You are 1 block from the bay for free fishing, 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. You are around numerous restaurants and bars within a few blocks, 2 small corner stores with beer, fast food, lottery and more.
Bedding and Towels
We supply you with already made beds with the exception of the sofa beds and lower floor beds. They are located in the closets on the 3rd floor. We do not make them because people sit on the sofa with sand
Check Out Requirements
We ask you remove all trash and wash all dishes and return them where they belong. We will do the rest.
